The month of December will be a busy and exciting time at the Queen Theater. In keeping with Light Up The Queen Foundation's on-going mission of building community through music, the foundation will once again bring together local students and musicians for Bridge Sessions throughout the month of December.
About Bridge Sessions
Bridge Sessions are interactive performances that bring together musicians with students and special needs populations for explorations of music and cultures. The Sessions show how different musical styles relate, how music connects different peoples and how the building blocks of music can be used in a variety of ways. Bridge Sessions always feature first-rate live music and give students a chance to try out musical concepts in hands-on activities.
