The funk act Dumpstaphunk, led by Ivan Neville, will team up with the Rebirth Brass Band for a concert Saturday that will bring the New Orleans energy to Wilmington – all while raising money for the nonprofit Light Up the Queen Foundation, which benefits the ongoing renovation of The Queen Theatre on Market Street.
